Please Note: Exhibitor locations will be assigned by the HCC Team; they will make every effort to cooperate with exhibitors to ensure the best possible experience but reserve the right to change and/or adjust the layout as needed.

- Park all vehicles in Exhibitor Parking area only
- Coordinate and cooperate with HCC Team
- Ensure all insurance and permit requirements have been submitted
- Leave exhibit booth intact until 3p.m. on Sun. June 1st
Pete’s Party & Tent Rentall information package for the HCC Show will be avaialbe; any items rented by exhibitors can be delivered with the HCC Show rental equipment on Wed. May 28th.
